If I could give any advise it would be not to use this company, they installed a boiler for me over a year ago and left me and my family with no heating for a year whilst we tried to get them to return, worst of all he never provided a gas safe cert so now we are struggling to sell our house without one. In the end we had to get another engineer out to put right what he did wrong at further costs, unfortunately I still cannot get a gas safe cert as this needs to come from the installer who won't answer his phone, this installer in also the owner of the business so stay clear of them.
